The Event Centre

The Event Centre will be located at the Hastings Valley Motorcycle Club.

The club has full facilities including a canteen (open times to be advised), ample parking, toilets and a limited number of showers. A coffee van will be onsite to settle your caffeine cravings.

NOTE: Power at the event centre is provided by generators. Competitors will NOT have personal access to power at the event centre/camp ground.

Camping

Thanks to the series sponsor, Real Insurance, camping will be available for competitors free of charge. You will be able to pitch your own tent, or take advantage of a tent set-up before your arrival in the Real Insurance Tent City.

Camping at the event centre will open from 5pm on Friday the 1st, and you can stay in the camping area until 11am on Sunday the 3rd of June.

Family members or other non-competitors may stay in the event camping ground for just $10pp/night.

Race Registration

Race registration will be open from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday the 1st of June at the Event Centre.

Late registration will be open for a brief period on Saturday the 2nd of June, in the race administration marquee within the event centre.

Bike Repairs

The Crew from Gordon Street Cyclery will be in attendance for all of your last minute bike servicing and parts needs.

Caffeine

A coffee van will be in attendance for the duration of the event. Please be kind to them on Saturday morning, as a lot of riders trying to get their caffeine fix from the one place could turn very ugly.
