Entries to the Event will open soon.Race entry includes a professionally organised and run event, free camping (including pre-assembled tent if you so wish) and amenities, a bag full of goodies from our race sponsors and partners, and a heap of awesome prizes and give-aways.
Entries close on Friday the 25th of May 2012, unless sold-out prior.

Insurance
BlackHeart Events Management (T/A iAdventure) is covered by it's own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance or ambulance cover, which we recommend you take out prior to the race. You DO NOT need to be a member of MTBA or Cycling Australia, nor do you need to purchase a day licence, in order to compete in this event.
Cancellations, Transfers and changes
Cancellations:
- By 4 May 2012 - Refund less 20%.
- After 4 May, and by 18 May - Refund less 50%.
- After 18 May - No refund.
Transfers between riders:
- By 4 May 2012 - No charge.
- After 4 May, and by 18 May - $20 admin fee.
- After 18 May - Not possible (entry data transferred off site).
- Friday race registration - $30 admin fee.
- Saturday race registration - Not allowed.
Entry detail changes:
- By 18 May 2012 - No charge.
- After 18 May - Not possible until race registration.
- Friday race registration - $30 admin fee.
- Saturday race registration - Not allowed.
- Riders changing their entry to compete in a shorter length race (ie, downgrading from the 100km to the 50km event) will not be refunded the difference in entry fees.
