Competitors wishing to cancel an entry to an Event must send us an email, requesting cancellation of the entry.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
Adventure Races:
- Up to 2 week prior to the event - A refund less 20% administration fee.
- Within 2 week of the event - No refunds.
- Entry Changes/Transfers:
- Entry details may be changed/transferred at any time.
Mountain Bike Events:
- Up to 4 weeks prior to the event - A refund less 20% administration fee.
- Up to 2 week prior to the event - A refund less 50% administration fee.
- Within 2 week of the event - No refunds.
- Entry Changes/Transfers:
- Competitors may transfer their entry to another competitor, or change their entry details up to 2 weeks before the event at no additional cost, by sending us an email detailing the change. Within 2 weeks of the event, a $20 administration fee will be charged for any entry changes/transfers.
Rescheduled Events:
- No refunds.
