Race entry includes a professionally organised and run event, a bag full of goodies from our race sponsors and partners, and a heap of awesome prizes and give-aways. Categories
InsuranceBlackHeart Events Management is covered by it's own public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance or ambulance cover, which we recommend you take out prior to the race. You DO NOT need to be a member of MTBA or Cycling Australia, nor do you need to purchase a day licence, in order to compete in this event. Cancellations, Transfers and changesInjured, Broke your bike or leave pass revoked? You are very welcome to transfer your entry to another entrant, however you must send Amanda an email specifying the new entrants details from the email address you registered with us. If wishing to find a competitor to transfer your registration to, we suggest the online forum Rotorburn. Changes to entry details after Friday the 4th of June will attract a $20 administration fee. As THE 100K'er has been rescheduled from the 14th of February and the refund eligibility period had expired for the original event date, we are not able to provide a refund on entries for this race. |
