Competitors wishing to cancel an entry to an Event must send us an email, requesting cancellation of the entry.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Adventure Races:

• Up to 2 week prior to the event - A refund less 20% administration fee.
• Within 2 week of the event - No refunds.
• Entry Changes/Transfers:
  • Entry details may be changed/transferred at any time.

Mountain Bike Events:

• Please see the Entry page of the relevant Mountain Bike Event for information and important dates regarding refunds, transfers and updates.

Rescheduled Events:

• No refunds.
• No transfers between events.

Transferring entries between events:

• A 30% transfer fee applies.
