Our Outdoor Adventure Challenges give you and your workmates a taste of a typical Adventure Race, in a shorter format so as to be enjoyed by people of all fitness levels.

Let BlackHeart Events organise your next work party or team building session, with an action packed day of fun that will have everybody grinning from ear to ear.

Where / When

Anytime, anywhere. We just require a lead time of atleast four weeks, and we will have a professionally managed and fully catered Outdoor Adventure Challenge ready for you and your work mates.

What you need to bring

  • Pair of running shoes. (Note: They will probably get wet).
  • Appropriate attire for the day. (Note: Acceptable for getting wet or muddy).
  • Mountain Bike, if mountain biking is an agreed discipline for the day.
  • Small snack (mini chocolates, jubes, etc).
  • Sports bottle with water or sports mix.

Here at BlackHeart Events, we spend a lot of time on the road, and it always amazing me that when I reach for the bag of "Natural Confectionary", Amanda goes reaching for the Goji berries.  So, what the heck are Goji berries, and what's the attraction?

Every year it seems there is an ultimate well being silver bullet proliferating on health food store shelves promising amazing benefits. GOJI or Chinese Wolfberry is one of a number of adaptogens with the added attraction of being derived from an exotically originated Tibetan location (great for marketing hype). Digging beneath the hype, there is an emerging body of solid science around some of the tabloid claims that Goji is an efficacious adaptogen.
