iAdventure Race 1 Wrap

The Queensland regulars turned out in force for the first of iAdventure’s new series of adventure races in SE QLD, such as Mountain Designs, GU, and the Tri Adventure ladies, but a new breed of adventure racer also turned out to test their skills, such as Grombo McFrothchops and the Smelly Armchairs, names of the future whether just for their silliness if nothing else.

Husky 2011 Wrap-up

Race registration gave the first hint of things to come, as the heavens opened up on hundreds of eager competitors waiting to register for the second running of the Husky 100.

The rain didn't last long, and after dumps of well in excess of 100mm at previous Husky's, the weather gods only offered up 10mm this time... more than enough to ensure a slow track was the order of the day come race time!

Adventure Gold on the Coast
